Have a pasta craving? Try this delicious recipe for pasta without the pasta! I love using zucchini instead of pasta with my veggie spiral slicer. If you don’t have one check out KSP.
2 small zucchinis spiraled into spaghetti
1 can diced tomatoes no added salt
1 sweet bell pepper sliced
1lb peeled, devined, detailed shrimp
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp parmesan and herb seasoning
2 tbsp herb and garlic cream cheese
Heat up tomatoes (with most but not all of juice from can) cream cheese, parmesan cheese into smooth sauce, add shrimp and veggies, saute until heated through and shrimp are cooked (pink). Adjust seasoning to taste, serve and enjoy!
If it’s a cheat day treat yourself to a piece of garlic toast to soak up the sauce! Yum!
