If you are a pasta lover like me, you’ll probably love zoodles! Haven’t heard of it, well it’s zucchini noodles and they are delicious. I bought a spiralizer from Kitchen Stuff Plus and it is my favorite kitchen gadget! There are many different styles of spiralizers out there, I just have the basic Veggi Twist Mini. You can have them cold or hot I have recipes for both (click her for a refreshing summer zoodles salad). Here’s my warm zucchini pasta that I love to have as a side. Make sure you buy a narrow zucchini that will fit in your spiralizer depending on what kind you have. Add or remove what ever extra ingredients you want to suit your family.
Zucchini Noodles = Zoodles Pasta
1- small zucchini per person (it doesn’t go as far as you’d think
1- tomato diced
1- bell pepper sliced
1- tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp crushed garlic (or a couple dashes of garlic powder)
Parmesan and herb seasoning to taste
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add and mix all ingredients to warm up for a few minutes to soften the veggies a bit, just a few minutes (if you’re using peppers add them first and cook a saute a little longer) and serve!
